How we work with you

Six stages, one product manager, no black boxes. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the container leaving the port.

Start an inquiry

Most brands do not fail at the idea stage — they fail at the handoff: tooling quotes that double, samples that never match production, dates that slip without warning. Our process exists to close those gaps. You own the timeline, and you see every gate before money moves.

The six stages

  1. Brief & feasibility

    You describe the product, target price and market. Within one business day we come back with feasibility: what is realistic at your price point, which existing platform is closest, and what has to be tooled. No charge, no NDA required to start.

  2. Selection & concept

    Our product team proposes 2–3 directions drawn from the 3,000+ models we already produce, plus category data on what is actually selling in your region. You pick a direction, we refine the concept and lock the specification sheet.

  3. Design & tooling

    Industrial design, 3D review and mechanical engineering. Mould design is confirmed with you before steel is cut. Tooling cost and lead time are quoted as a fixed, itemised number — you see the mould list, not a lump sum.

  4. Sampling & approval

    You receive pre-production samples with the real materials and the real finish. Nothing goes to mass production until you sign off the golden sample. Revisions at this stage are normal and expected.

  5. Mass production & QC

    Incoming material inspection, in-line checks at each assembly station, and 100% functional testing before packing. A QC report with photos ships with every batch, and third-party inspection is welcome.

  6. Logistics & after-sales

    SKD or CKD packing if you assemble locally, retail-ready packaging if you do not. We handle export documentation, and every shipment carries a 12-month warranty with spare-part support.
